Return Policy

• Products sold can be easily returned or exchanged within 72hrs of delivery , write your complaint on our mail order.mgt.kalp.com with the details of the issue you are facing, our executive will get in touch with you in the next 24hrs.
• Used, altered or customized products will not be refunded or replaced under any circumstances.
• We can process Return/exchange only once for a particular order.
• If the ordered item is out of stock, the customer has the option to get a refund or choose another product by paying the difference. None of the orders can be cancelled after 72 hrs of placing the order.
• No refunds/returns or exchanges can be done outside India.
• We request our customers to contact our helpline number for any queries in size confirmation, quality of the product or any other issue.

How to Exchange?

You must inform us within 72 hours of delivery of the product. Please send us an email to order.mgt.kalp@gmail.com with the order number and attach an image of the piece purchased.

Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We would require all original papers to be returned with the product.

P. S.- All custom made orders are non-returnable.
